RCS Corporation has an immediate need for two Administrative Assistants in Scotch Plains, NJ. This is a full-time, temp to perm contract assignment. RCS offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

Job Summary:

  • Support the GIS Department

  • Scanning of building permits, self QC scan for legibility, drag and drop file migration.

  • Work will be done at the client site in Scotch Plains, NJ.


  • Protective mask will be worn inside the building while working.

  • Stations must be wiped down daily at 8am, 12pm and 5pm.

  • Electronic temperatures will be taken every morning. Hot beverages shouldn’t be consumed 10 minutes prior to temperature taking.

  • If workers feel feverish or have a chronic cough, they should leave the premises immediately.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Basic computer knowledge (be able to scan documents effectively and upload documents in SharePoint)

  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing data for accuracy

  • Attention to detail

  • Multi-tasking and adaptability

  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Physically fit enough to lift a box that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
