RCS has an immediate need for a Constracts Administrator located in Los Angeles, CA.  This is a 3 year full time contract assignment.

Our client is a professional infrastructure and environmental services company, with expertise in the development and improvement of physical and social infrastructure for communities around the world.

Job Summary

The scope of services for this position would be as follows:

  • Provide direct assistance to Vendor/Contracts Management department personnel
  • Assist with procurement processes including but not limited to:
    • RFP development
    • Proposal review
    • Evaluation team facilitation
    • Task order issuance
  • Track workflows and action items

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years experience in the contracts administration
  • Experience with RFP development, proposal review and workflows
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Metro experience and Highway construction
