RCS has an immediate need for an Crew Supervisor located in the Seattle, WA area.  This is a contract assignment with a duration for at least two months. Local candidates are required as there is no relocation or per diem available for this assignment. RCS offers a competitive benefits package that includes paid vacation and holiday.

They help businesses and individuals reduce energy use and lower their utility bills through energy programs that they design, market and implement. They achieve all this through financial incentives, education and energy management strategies and solutions.


With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Monitors team resource allocations to ensure proper use of assets; achieving profitability, productivity, and growth targets. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Develops long-range program objectives and strategic plans identifying internal and external issues that could affect growth and profitability. Understands customer and program requirements. Delivers accurate program participation documentation in a timely matter. Provides internal and external presentations on program offerings and savings acquisition initiatives. Analyzes local market data to inform program forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and train Energy Technicians. Assure work is completed correctly, approve hours worked and time off requests.
  • Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage program participation and overcome barriers.
  • Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions. 
  • Record results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
  • Provide input and status updates to program staff.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications.
  • Travel throughout a defined territory
  • Inventory management and Misc.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • BPI certified
  • Candidates who are bilingual in English and one of the following languages are encouraged to apply: Spanish, Chinese, Hindu, Vietnamese, or an East African language (Amharic, Somali, Tigrinya, Arabic, Oromo, etc.)
